Canton, Georgia- The Brenau cross country team placed eighth at the 2018 Appalachian Athletic Conference championships held at Boiling Park this past weekend.

Rome, Georgia-In a highly competitive meet that featured teams from every collegiate level, the Brenau cross country team showed well at the Berry Invitational, placing 14th out of 28 teams on Saturday.

Freshman Shannon Hoolahan was named the Appalachian Athletic Conference runner of the week, the conference announced on Tuesday.

Columbia, South Carolina- Led by freshman Shannan Hoolahan's overall first place finish, the Brenau cross country team placed first at the Koala Classic Invitational hosted by Columbia College on Saturday.  

The Brenau cross country team placed seventh at the Sixth Annual UNG Cross Country Invitational hosted by the University of North Georgia at Gainesville on Saturday.

The Brenau cross country team finished with its second consecutive strong showing of the 2018 season with a fourth place finish at the Middle Georgia Invitational in Macon, Georgia on Saturday.

In the 2018 season team opening meet, the Brenau cross country team placed three runners among the top ten finishers to capture second place at the Palmetto State Cross Country Festival hosted by Columbia International in Columbia, SC on Saturday.

The Brenau cross country team announces its 2018 competition slate as the team will compete in six races before the AAC Championships in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Brenau track and field team finished third at the 2018 Appalachian Athletic Conference this past weekend in Montreat, N.C.
